Ms. Wilma Wynelle "Bootsie" Harper age 74 of Hiram passed away Friday June 30th, 2017. Funeral Services will be held Monday July 3rd at 11am Bellamy Chapel Hiram. Rev. Vermon Parmer and Rev. Andy Fennell officiating. Interment at Bethany Christian Church Cemetery.
Ms. Harper was a member of New Life Baptist Church of Dallas where she was a very dedicated member and sang in the church choir. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to New Life Baptist Church.
She is preceded in death by her parents Thomas & Myrtle Harper. Survivors include 4 sisters Katie Fennell (Andy) of Yorkville, Judy Ragsdale (Tim) of Hiram, Virginia Smith (Franklin) of Dallas and Janice Paris (David) of Dallas and one brother Tommy Harper of Hiram. Many Nieces and Nephews.
