William "Bill" Hembree, age 84, of Dallas, Georgia, passed away on Friday, October 9, 2026. He was born on February 28, 1942 in Atlanta, Georgia to the late Joseph and Jeanette Elizabeth Hembree. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Shirley Ann Hembree and his son, Danny Hembree. Bill was a member of McPherson Baptist Church and was an automotive mechanic for more than forty years. 

Survivors include his sons, William "Billy" Hembree and his wife, Cheryl and Terry Hembree and his wife, Elisa; a step-daughter, Denise York and her husband Kerry; his brothers, Thomas Hembree and his wife Mary and David Hembree; six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 16, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. from the chapel of Bellamy Funeral Home with Pastor Mike Powell officiating. The family will receive friends on Friday from 9:30 a.m. until the service time.
