Mr. William "Bill" Charles Hollis, age 80, of Dallas passed away Monday, March 28, 2022.

Mr. Hollis, who was affectionately known as Bill, was born on January 12, 1942 to the late Mr. Robert Lee Hollis Sr. and the late Mrs. Tullie Hendricks Hollis. Bill was retired from IBM after 35 years. He proudly served in the United States Air Force and was a member of Freedom Missionary Baptist Church in Temple, GA. He was preceded in death by his parents, Mr. Robert and Mrs. Tullie Hollis.

Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Jean Hollis of Dallas; two daughters, Robin Turner (John) of Toccoa and Debi Hollis of Kansas; one son, Steve Hollis (Kim) of Dallas; brother, Robert L. Hollis Jr. of Alabama; six grandchildren, Lashea Hart, Shane Turner, Nic Hollis, Brittany Martinez, Summer Hollis, and Kreg Hollis; five great-grandchildren, Molly Tanner, Mandy Tanner, Maddie Grace Turner, Kaleb Morris, and Blake Hollis; as well as several nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, March 30th at 2:00pm from the Chapel of Bellamy Funeral Home with Rev. Shay Tallent officiating. Interment to follow at Sunrise Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday, March 30th from 11:00am until 2:00pm.
