Obituary

William "Bill" Neyman of Powder Springs, passed away peacefully at his home on June 28, 2024. Born in Gainesville, Florida, Bill grew up in Tampa and joined the Navy in 1970, proudly serving in Vietnam,1970-1971.

Bill was a devoted husband and a kind and loving son, son-in-law, brother, uncle and friend to many. He loved his family, his friends, and several special dogs and cats.

He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Linda Neyman, a niece, Michelle Porter (John) of Cape Canaveral, sister, Donna Hendrix (Ed), of Tampa, Florida, brothers, Jesse Duke (Becky) of Fernandina Beach, Florida and Richard Duke (Becki) of San Antonio, Florida, brothers-in-law, Bill Philipp (Karen) of Madison, Mississippi, Bernard Philipp (Linda), of Boca Raton, Florida, Bob Philipp (Tina), of Fernandina Beach, and several nephews and nieces and great-nephews and great-nieces: Jessica Arnette (Ben), Casey Hendrix, Heather Marley (John), Hannah Duke, Adrianna Arnette, Jay Arnette, Blake Arnette, Lexi Arnette, Lauren Porter, Blake Porter, Billy Philipp, Leslie Philipp, Holley Sorrells, Christina Philipp, and Collin Philipp.

A Graveside Service will be held November 27, 2024 at 1:00pm from Jacksonville National Cemetery.
