Virginia "Jenny" Austin, age 82, of Powder Springs, Georgia, passed away on Tuesday, August 26, 2025. She was born on April 27, 1943 to the late John Duncan and Clora Furr Cohran. She worked as an Executive Assistant for many years with United Way. She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Earl Austin and many brothers and sisters.

Survivors include her son, Larry Austin; a brother, Horace Cohran; grandchildren, Adam Austin and Alexis Austin.

A graveside service will be held on Friday, August 29, 2025 from the Croker-Elliott Cemetery in Powder Springs at 1:00 p.m. with Brother Stanley Flowers officiating.
