Mrs. Sarah Prewett Camp age 87 of Dallas passed away Friday April 1, 2016 Funeral Services will be held at 1:00pm Tuesday April 5th at Bellamy Hiram Chapel with Rev. Dennis Bellamy and Rev.Donald R. Voyles officiating. Interment will follow at New Hope Cemetery. The Family will receive visitors Monday at the funeral home 5pm to 8pm.

Mrs. Camp was wife of former Mayor Coleman Camp of Dallas, she was retired from Coats & Clark Threadmill and was a member of Peoples Baptist Church.

She is preceded in death by her husband Mr. Coleman Camp, her parents Wylie and Florence Prewett, sister Helen Partain and brothers Felton and George Prewett.

Mrs. Camp is survived by 2 daughters Wanda Camp Stapp (Tony) of Dallas and Sherry Holt (Matt) of Dallas, 1 son Ricky Coleman Camp (Mizue) of Hawaii. 3 sisters Mary Sue Kennedy of Dallas, Pat Pitts of Decatur and June Kimbril of Hampton. 8 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren, Nieces and Nephews.
