Eugenia "Penny" O'Neal, 69, of Rockmart, passed away on Friday, January 17, 2025.  A funeral service will be held at 2:00pm on Monday, January 20, 2025 at Bellamy Funeral Home.  Burial will follow at Springdale Baptist Church Cemetery.

Mrs. O'Neal was a member of Wayside Baptist Church.  She was a good wife and mother who cared for her family greatly.  When she wasn't with her family in person, she was with them on Facebook.

Mrs. O'Neal is survived by her husband of 51 years, Billy O'Neal; sons, Michael O'Neal (April), and Brian O'Neal (Tonya); grandchildren, Chandler, Cody, Braden, Addison, Slade, Raygon, Kali, and Zoe; brothers, Andy Smith, and Kenneth Smith; and brother-in-law, James Larry O'Neal (Michelle).  She is preceded in death by her great grandson, Remington.

The family will receive friends from 11:00am to 2:00pm on Monday, January 20 at Bellamy Funeral Home prior to the service.
