Ms. Penny Sue Fowler, age 58, of Cedartown, GA passed away Wednesday, June 5, 2024.

Ms. Fowler was born on March 8, 1966 in New Castle, PA to the late Mr. Richard John Fowler Sr. and Mrs. Barbara Rhodes Sanders. Ms. Fowler was preceded in death by her father, Richard Fowler Sr. and her son, Jonathan Fowler.

Survivors include her sons, Charles Ellison (Dottie) of Cedartown and Odbert Ellison of Cedartown; mother, Barbara Sanders of Dallas, GA; siblings, Robin Scott (Ben) of Arlington, VA, Bonnie Gomez-Gonzalez (Jose) of Ormond Beach, FL, Bobbi Fowler (David) of Youngstown, OH, Richard, Fowler of New Castle, PA, and Diane Hagler (Mark) of Dallas, GA; step-child, Andrea Ellison; grandchildren, Drake Ellison, Flynn Ellison, Katie Ellison, Henzlee Ellison, Aubriella Ellison, Robert Warren, and Kevin Flora; as well as several nieces and nephews.

At this time there are no scheduled services for Ms. Fowler.
