Patty Renee Chornock, age 73, of Hiram, Georgia, passed away on Thursday, June 12, 2025. She was born on December 10, 1951 in Ada, Oklahoma to the late Hebert and Bernadine O'Brien. She was also preceded in death by her brother, Marc O'Brien.

Survivors include her husband of 47 years, Bruce Chornock; her daughters, Crystal and Eric Works and Robin and Robert Kennedy; a brother Michael and Nancy O'Brien; her sister-in-law, Sylvia O'Brien; grandchildren, Remington Kennedy, Ryne Kennedy and Jennarie Works.

The family will be holding a private memorial service.
