Pastor Patricia Ann Smallwood of Villa Rica passed away Thursday September 18, 2014. Funeral Services will be held 11:00am Monday September 22, 2014 at Bellamy Chapel Hiram. Pastor Thomas Blagg, Pastor Sam Locklear and Pastor Marcel Giles Officiating. Interment will follow at Melrose Hills Memorial Park. The family will receive visitors 2pm-8pm Sunday September 21 at Bellamy Funeral Home's Hiram location. Survivors Include: Husband: Ralph Smallwood. 1 daughter: Carmen (Ken) Toole of South Carolina. 2 Sons: Keven (Claudine) Smallwood of Douglasville and Kenneth Smallwood of Villa Rica. 1 Half Sister: Brenda Sindylek. 3 Half Brothers: Jonathan Webb, Mark Webb and Patrick Ray. 6 Grandchildren: Brittany, Laken, Byron, Austin, Destiney and Ryan
