Mrs. Nancy Ann Slay, age 62, of Temple, GA passed away Saturday, December 11, 2021.

A native of Brandenton, Florida, Mrs. Slay was born to the late Mr. Edward Carl Adams and the late Mrs. Annie Mae Wheeling Adams. Mrs. Slay worked as a bus monitor for the Paulding County School System for most of her life. She enjoyed simple living and caring for her beloved family. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Mr. William "Cooter" Bobby Slay.

Survivors include her two sons, Gregory Scott Slay (Nicole) and Robert Craig Slay; her father-in-law and mother-in-law, Rev. Bobby Joe and Jeanette Slay; two sisters, Trina Hitchcock and Rosa Foster; two brothers, Edward Adams and Roger Adams; seven grandchildren; one great-grandchild; along with a number of nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, December 14, 2021 at 2:00pm from the Chapel of Bellamy Funeral Home with Rev. Jeff Byrd officiating. Interment will follow at Sunrise Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday, December 13, 2021 from 5:00pm until 7:00pm.
