Mrs. Nancy Rita Barreca, age 72, of Carrollton passed away Tuesday, February 27, 2024.

Mrs. Barreca was born on August 21, 1951 in Pennsylvania to the late Mr. Joseph Runzo and the late Mrs. Lena Latanizo Runzo. Nancy loved God and her daughters. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, John Barreca and her son-in-law, Kenneth Cook Jr.

Survivors include her daughters, Shayna Cook of Dallas, Gemma Jacobs (Jeff) of Carrollton, Ariana Barreca of Dallas, and Sabrina Barreca of Carrollton; grandchildren, Noak Cook, Gabriella Cook, Elizabeth Jacobs, and Juliana Jacobs; great-grandchild, Oaklynn Cook; siblings, Connie, Betty, Lorretta, and Charles.

A Memorial Service will be held Thursday, February 29, 2024 at 2:00pm from the Chapel of Bellamy Funeral Home with Dr. John Morgan officiating.
