Mrs. Melodie Lea Maddox age 55 of Dallas passed away Sunday May 24th, 2015. Funeral Services will be held Wednesday at 1:00pm Calvary Baptist Church of Smyrna. Pastor T.P. Johnston Jr and Pastor Doug Huggins officiating. Interment Crestlawn Memorial Park. The Family will receive visitors at the church Wednesday 11am to 1pm.
Mrs. Maddox is survived by her husband Eddie Maddox of Dallas, 2 daughters Tessa Duffy of Calhoun and Chastity Ratliff of Dallas. 1 son Bradley Maddox of Kennesaw; Parents - Paul and Louise Maddox of Austell; 1 Brother - Jim and Pat Maddox of Austell; 1 sister Candy Odaffer (Glen) of Rockmart. One granddaughter Amelia Maddox.
