Mrs. Margaret Goldie Stephens, age 87, of Carrollton passed away Wednesday, September 7, 2022.

Mrs. Stephens, who was affectionately known as Goldie, was born on January 26, 1935 in Cullman, AL to the late Mr. Joe Warner Bullock and the late Mrs. Levera Nireen Holland. Goldie worked for Commercial Union Insurance Company for over 40 years. She was of Baptist faith and attended Macland Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, Goldie was also preceded in death by her husband, Lucious "Steve" Lamar Stephens.

Survivors include her son, Greg Moss (Linda) of Carrollton; grandson, Landon Moss of Carrollton.

Funeral Services will be held Saturday, September 10, 2022 at 11:00am from the Chapel of Bellamy Funeral Home with Rev. Dennis Bellamy officiating. Mrs. Stephens will be interred next to her husband at Powder Springs Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday, September 10th from 10:00am until 11:00am.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Alzheimer's Association.
