Mrs. Lynne Poorman, age 61, of Douglasville passed away Friday, July 14, 2023.

Mrs. Poorman was born on July 30, 1961 in Atlanta, GA to the late Mr. Dennis Stanley Potts and Mrs. Phyllis White Potts. She worked as a sales manager for Loudoun Communications. Lynne was preceded in death by her father, Dennis Potts and her husband, Edward Poorman.

Survivors include her two sons, Andrew Poorman (Arielle) of Douglasville and Matt Poorman (Morgan) of Powder Springs; mother, Phyllis Potts of Lithia Springs; brother, Jeff Potts (JoAnn) of Douglasville; two grandchildren, Audrey and Asher; nieces and nephews, Natalie Potts, Stephanie Smith, Amanda Flores, Nick Champion, and Laura Carr.

Funeral Services will be held Friday, July 21, 2023 at 2:00pm from the Chapel of Bellamy Funeral Home with Rev. Mike Lee officiating. Interment to follow at Sunrise Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday, July 20, 2023 from 4:00pm until 8:00pm.
