Lucille (Maw Maw) Wallace, age 90, of Hiram, Georgia, passed away on Friday, February 27, 2026. She was born on May 14, 1935 to the late William and Elizabeth Burdett. She was also preceded in death by her husband, R. C. Wallace, her son, Eugene Wallace, her grandchildren, Christopher Wallace and Gena Monroe and her sister, Rose Henry.

She had worked as a dietitian, a bus driver, a cake decorator/caterer/ baker. Sarah loved to sew and look for antiques.

Surviving are her son, Robert and Pam Wallace; a daughter, Lutricia and Chris Scharf; a sister, Joyce Todd; a daughter-in-law, Betty(Walt) Marling; grandchildren,  Amy (Jarrod) Christensen, Anthony Brinkley, Victoria ( Samuel) Brinkley, Andy Wallace, Elizabeth Scharf, Jacob Parson, Tara (Joe) Daely, Natalie Scharf and Noah Scharf; great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews; cousins and her fur baby, Jack.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, March 2, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. from the chapel of Bellamy Funeral Home in Hiram, Georgia with Mr. Steve Stewart and Pastor Iuveni Guitierrez officiating. The family will receive friends on Sunday, March 1, 2026 from 3:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. and Monday, March 2, 2026 from 11:00 a.m. until the service time at the funeral home. The interment will follow in Paulding Memorial Gardens.
