Mr. Leon Terrell Reynolds Jr., age 87, of Dallas Ga passed away Thursday, May 5, 2022.

Mr. Reynolds Jr. was born on November 16, 1934 in Atlanta, GA to the late Mr. Leon Terrell Reynolds Sr. and the late Mrs. Essie Mayfield Reynolds. He was raised in the Methodist Church.

Leon attended college at Georgia Tech and proudly served in the United States Army during the Korean Conflict. Leon retired from Lockheed Martin where he was an aerospace engineer. He was known by all for his love of working in his yard and garden. He enjoyed playing tennis, watching sports, and spending time with his family.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Mr. LT and Mrs. Essie Reynolds; brother, Rodney "Jerry" Reynolds.

Survivors include his wife, Sylvia Reynolds; son, Mark Reynolds and his wife Mary Jane; daughter, Connie Hendricks; son, Brad Reynolds and his wife Tracy. "Pa" has five grandchildren, Valerie Reynolds, Bethany Reynolds, Eden Reynolds, Tarisa Reynolds, and Jackson Reynolds.

A Memorial Service will be held at Georgia National Cemetery at 11:30am on Monday, July 11, 2022 with Rev. Todd Chatham officiating. Interment will follow at the cemetery. Mr. Reynolds Jr. will be cremated prior to the memorial service.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in his memory to JDRF International; Juvenile Diabetes Association.
