Leida Idalis Cruz-Malave, age 41, of Acworth, Georgia, passed away on Tuesday, December 30, 2025. She was born on May 2, 1984 in Puerto Rico. She was preceded in death by her father, Jose Juan Cruz.

Surviving are her mother and step-father, Lillian and Jorge Diaz; her brother, Jose Cruz (Beatriz) and her sister, Lillian Meraris (Kenneth Picart).

Leida had the most beautiful smile and a faith that touched so many people. She loved deeply, lived with purpose, and left a lasting impact on everyone who knew her. She will always be missed and always be loved.

Funeral services will be held on Sunday, January 4, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. from the Chapel of Bellamy Funeral Home in Hiram, Georgia. The family will receive friends on Sunday from 1:30 p.m. until the service time. The interment will follow in Dallas Memory Gardens.
