Mr. Lawrence Howard Weintraub, age 80, of Powder Springs passed away Sunday, August 8, 2021.

Mr. Weintraub, who was affectionately known as "Larry", was born on July 11, 1941 to the late Sigfred Weintraub and the late Pearl Roth Weintraub. Larry was the owner and operator of LHW Inc., where he worked most of his life. He later worked for LGE Credit Union. He was a graduate from The University of Oklahoma and enjoyed music, golf, football, and sailing. Larry was preceded in death by his parents, Sigfred and Pearl Weintraub.

Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Diana Weintraub; daughters, Nancy Adams (Troy) and Sonya Traylor (Robert); sons, Douglas Weintraub (Mary Beth), James Weintraub (Debbie), and Mark Bishop (Andrea); eleven grandchildren, Ansleigh Cooper (Kyle), Sam Weintraub, Chas Collett (Nancy), Megan Bishop, Alex Weintraub, Savannah Collett Johnson, Roth Weintraub, Savanna Adams, Chandler Adams, Hannah Bishop, and Dakota Bishop; two great-grandchildren, Blakely Johnson and Case Collett; nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services will be held Thursday, August 12th at 2:00 pm from the chapel of Bellamy Funeral Home with Dr. Richard Walker officiating. Entombment to follow at Paulding Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday, August 12th from 12 until the service hour.
