Ms. Joyce Marie Prewett Martin, age 80, of Dallas, GA passed away Friday, December 2, 2022.

Ms. Martin was born on July 27, 1942, in Florida to Mr. Hassell Reece and Mrs. Pluma Etta Brown Reece. Joyce was a member of Peoples Baptist Church and loved gospel music. She loved animals, playing word search, tv shows, and western movies. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her son, Greg Prewett.

Survivors include her daughter, Wanda Hodges of Dallas; grandchildren, Cortney and Janet Rogers of Dallas, Tiffany and Stanley Schooler of Dallas, Heather Clough of Dallas, Stephanie Prewett of Dallas, and Breanna and William Garcia of Dallas; great-grandchildren, Austin, Haley, Dalton, Payton, and Easton.

Funeral Services will be held Monday, December 5, 2022, at 2:00pm from the Chapel of Bellamy Funeral Home with Rev. Dennis Bellamy officiating. Interment to follow at New Hope Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday, December 4, 2022, from 5:00pm until 8:00pm.

Cortney Rogers, Dalton Nicholson, Austin Rogers, Stanley Schooler, William Garcia, Jamie McCauley, and Timothy Heath will serve as pallbearers.
