Mr. Jon Barry Chaney, age 67, of Dallas passed away Sunday, April 11, 2021.

Mr. Chaney was born on April 17, 1953 to the late Horace Chaney and the late Genevieve Clara Person Chaney. Mr. Chaney was retired from Lockheed Martin and proudly served in the United States Air Force. In addition to his parents, Mr. Chaney was also preceded in death by brother, Mark Chaney.

Survivors include his wife, Deborah Chaney of Dallas; daughters, Wendy Marie Chaney (Charles David Black) of Jonesboro and Danielle Jenniene Chaney (Richard Albert Fortner) of Pleasant View, UT; sons, Kevin Michael Mayabb (Brandi Leigh) of Pleasant View, UT and Matthew Ryan Chaney of Marietta; sisters, Sheree King of Jacksonville, FL and Jaclyn Rogers or Jacksonville, FL; brother, Peter Chaney of Jacksonville, FL; grandchildren, Andrew Dakota Mayabb, Deonna Rae Mayabb, Ashleigh Sophia Mayabb, Aydrieana Jenniene Chaney, Ahlyvia Mae Black, and Gracin Bryant Black.

A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, April 17th at Bellamy Funeral Home Chapel at 3:00pm. The family will receive visitors at the funeral home from 2:00-3:00pm on Saturday.
