John Neal Winters age 78 of Powder Springs passed away Monday May 26, 2014. Services will be held 4:00pm Friday May 30, 2014 at Bellamy Funeral Home Hiram. Rev. Johnny Wellham and Rev. Joel Frasier Officiating. The family will receive visitors Wednesday from 6pm-8pm and Thursday 9am-8pm at Bellamy Funeral Home Hiram.
