Mr. Jerod HIcks, age 28, of Powder Springs passed away October 10, 2014. Funeral Services will be held Tuesday at 5:00pm at West Ridge Church with Rev, Paul Richardson and Rev. Billy Wood officiating. The family will receive visitors at the church from 2-5pm. Interment will follow at Paulding Memorial Gardens.

Survivors include: Fiance' - Katie Neufeild, Mother - Carol and Frank Davis; Father - Tommy Hicks; Sister - Megan Hicks; Special Great Aunt - Fran Price; 5 Aunts, 4 Uncles; Cousins and Several Nieces and Nephews. Extended Martial Arts Family.

Mr. Hicks was a graduate of McEachern High School, Owner of Breakthrough Martial Arts, Chief Instructor of of Tae Kwon Do for 6 years, 3rd Degree Black Belt, Member of West Ridge Church, Leader in Kids Quest, very active in Community Outreach, and Treasure Quest for Kids in Public Schools.
