James Willard Garrard, Jr., 65, of Dallas passed away Monday, June 2, 2025.  Funeral services will be 2:00pm Thursday, June 5th in the Chapel of Bellamy Funeral Home with the Rev. Daniel Youngblood officiating.  Burial will follow in the Powder Spring Cemetery.

James was a member of Praise Tabernacle in Powder Springs.  He loved hunting, fishing, boating and drag racing.

James was preceded in death by his parents James Willard Garrard, Sr. and Mary Elizabeth Garrard; sister, Frances Mangnus.  He is survived by his wife, Lisa Agan Garrard; children, Jamie Tucker (Todd Harris) and Cody Garrard; grandchild, Madison Tucker; sister, Martha Zissette.

The family will receive friends two hours prior to the service from 12-2pm.
