Mr. James "Jim" Algood Hill Jr., age 75, of Atlanta, GA passed away Wednesday, May 18, 2022.

Mr. Hill Jr. was born on October 5, 1946 in Galveston, TX. His parents were the late Mr. James Algood Hill Sr. and the late Mrs. Gladys Estes Hill. James worked as a builder and developer for Real Estate North. He proudly served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. He enjoyed playing guitar, building homes, and loved riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle. He was a member of D.A.V. and was the owner and operator of Real Estate North. He loved being called "Papa". He was preceded in death by his parents, Mr. James and Mrs. Gladys Hill.

Survivors include his long-time companion, Roberta "Bunny" Taylor; daughter, Amanda Blair (Tom); step-daughters, Stephanie Warner (Jack) and Tracey Taylor (Andrew Babaian); step-son, Clyde Taylor III (Darby); two sisters, Penny Long (Michael) and Patty Jones (Jed Bigelow); grandchildren, Ashley Blair, Henry Babaian, Lucy Babaian, Elliott Warner, Spencer Warner, and Phoebe Warner.

Funeral Services will be held Sunday, May 22, 2022 at 3:00pm from the Chapel of Bellamy Funeral Home. Mr. Hill Jr. will be cremated after the funeral service. Interment will take place at a later date at Georgia National Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday, May 22nd from 1:00pm until 3:00pm.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to Wounded Warrior Project.
