Jacob "Jake" Johnson, age 19, of Dallas passed away May 23, 2014. A Memorial Service will be held Thursday at Bellamy Funeral Home Hiram Chapel with Rev. Dan Wells officiating. The family will receive visitors from 6-7pm at the funeral home prior to the service.
Survivors include: Mother - Heather Hitchler of Dallas, Sister - Natalie Askew of Dallas; Grandparents - Nathan and Lori Hitchler of Virginia Beach, VA, Victor and Ali Johnson, Gary and Marlene Mastrud, and Charlene Hunt.
