Mr. Jacob "Jake" New Jr. age 87, of Powder Springs, Ga. passed away November 18, 2015. A Funeral Service will be held Friday 2 pm. at Corner Baptist Church. Interment at Sunrise Memorial, Douglasville with Military Honors and Masonic Rites. The Family will receive visitors at Bellamy Funeral Home Hiram on Thursday 4-8 pm.
Survivors include: Spouse: Bernice New - Powder Springs, Daughters: Jackie New- Dallas and Yvette Curtis-Dallas. 3-Grandchildren, 5 Great-Grandchildren and Nieces and Nephews.
Mr. New was a Deacon at Corner Baptist Church, member of Springville Masonic Lodge #153, and Served in the US Army.
