Ms. Hope Ann Newcomer, age 59, of Rome passed away Wednesday July 17, 2024, resulting from complications of an automobile accident.

Hope was born on September 3, 1964 in Marietta, GA to Mr. John Kenneth Newcomer and Mrs. Barbara Ann Sanders Newcomer. Growing up you could always find Hope riding and competing on her horses or spending time outdoors on her grandfather's farm. Hope was the owner and operator of Sanders Farm specializing in tree removal and landscaping. She was passionate about her business but always made time for adventure. She learned to fly single engine planes and spent weekends racing at the Dixie Speedway. Aside from her career and achievements, Hope's deepest love was for her children.

Hope was preceded in death by her brother, John Newcomer, Jr. Survivors  include her son, Craig Martin of Jasper, GA; daughter, Farrah Rogers (Coulter) of Ball Ground, GA; parents, Barbara Newcomer of Jasper, GA and John Newcomer (Janice) of Cartersville, GA; sister, Patty Barnard (Tim) of Ball Ground, GA; grandchild, Indie Rogers; as well nieces, nephews and cousins.

A Graveside Service will be held Friday, July 19, 2024 at 3:00pm at Powder Springs Memorial Garden with Rev. Dennis Bellamy officiating. Interment to follow at the cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday, July 19, 2024 from 1:00 until 2:30pm.
