Mr. Hal Cosper, age 65, of Powder Springs passed away July 15, 2015. A Reflection of Life Service will be held Saturday August 1, 2015 at 11:00am at Bellamy Funeral Home Hiram Chapel. The family will receive visitors from 10-11:00am at the funeral home.
