Mr. Guy "Jack" Morris Jr., age 89, of Florence, SC, formerly of Hiram passed away October 27, 2019. Funeral Services will be held Saturday November 9th at 1:00pm at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church with Rev. Dennis Bellamy and Bro. Ron Coleman officiating. The family will receive visitors Saturday at the church from 11am-1pm.

Mr. Morris was a Veteran of the Korean War. He was a retired US Postal Rural Carrier and owned and operated Morris Tires. Mr. Morris was a member of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church and an honorary basketball coach at Wofford College in Spartanburg, SC.

Preceded in death by: Wife – Hilda Morris; Sisters – Dot Palmer and Frances Meeks

Survivors include: Daughters – Arleca Hyman (Greg) of Pamplico, SC and Anita Courson (Robert) of Mooresville, NC; Son – Terry Morris of Seattle, WA; 6 Grandchildren – Marshea Guenther (Chris), Marchelle McFalls (Chris), Mark Shadrix (Alex), Marshera Gault, Marshanda Gregory (Mike), and Kevin Courson; 11 Great-Grandchildren – Mckinzee Guenther, Mckayla Guenther, Christian Guenther, Caleb McFalls, Cooper McFalls, Callie McFalls, Skylar Shadrix, Eastin Shadrix, Brodie Gault, Eleanor Gregory, and Edith Gregory; Nieces and Nephews
