Mr. Franklin Wayne Bray, age 75, of Dallas passed away Tuesday, April 12, 2022.

Mr. Bray, who was affectionately known as Wayne, was born on June 30, 1946 in Cordele, GA to the late Mr. Rufus Lamar Bray and the late Mrs. Ruby Jewell Esom Bray. Wayne had previously been employed with Caravan as a truck driver. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his sister, Sandra Nichols and nephew, Donald Nichols.

Survivors include his daughter, Rhonda "Darlene" Johnes of Hiram; sister, Betty Ann Reese of Ellijay; brother, David Terrell Bray; girlfriend, Gloria Rigsby of Dallas; two grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; as well as several nieces and nephews also survive.

A Graveside Service will be held Monday, April 18, 2022 at 2:00pm from Sunrise Memorial Gardens. Interment to follow at the cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday April 18th from 11am until 1pm.
