Mrs. Frances Geneva Mendez age 69 of Dallas passed away Friday April 13, 2018. Memorial services will be held Tuesday, April 17, 2018 at 5pm at Bellamy Chapel Hiram. The family will receive visitors at the funeral home Tuesday 3 pm to 5 pm.

Mrs. Mendez is preceded in death by parents A C and Emma Fowler, two brothers Wayne Fowler and Donald Fowler.

Survivors include husband Allen Mendez of Dallas, two daughters Wanda Craft of Dallas, Tina Corp ( Bill) of Powder Springs, three sons Anthony Graham (Stacie) of Covington, Mitchell Graham ( Stacie) of Douglasville, Quillian Hornsby (Elaine) of Cleveland, one brother Larry Fowler of Oglethorpe County, many grandchildren and many great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

She loved all of her family and was dearly loved in return.
