Miss Elizabeth Renee Thomas, age 4, of Hiram, GA passed away Friday, August 30, 2024.

Miss Thomas was born on September 14, 2019 in Jacksonville, North Carolina.

I lost my beautiful, loving baby Elizabeth Renee Thomas. Elizabeth is leaving behind all her friends and family at East Paulding Animal Hospital, who have been the biggest support to her family during this unimaginable difficult time. Elizabeth leaves behind a devastated family. A single mom who lived everyday to support and love her. A grandfather who raised her like his daughter and took care of her while I was at work. A brother who loved to tease her and play games with her. Also left behind are two sisters who loved to cuddle Elizabeth and chase each other through the house and outside. Elizabeth was so full of life and loved getting into trouble. Her favorite toys are dinosaurs, especially the velociraptor "Blue" and the T-Rex. She also loved her ponies, Barbies, and any and all stuffed animals. Whenever we left the house, she had to stuff her bookbag full of toys. Then carried her tablet and dinosaur blanket.

I'm going to miss her bright smile and high-spirited laughter. She was always happy and loving. Her hugs and kisses filled my heart with so much warmth. I miss her waking up on my days off from work and the excitement in her face. Her running down the hallway and jumping in my lap and holding me so tight, like I'd disappear if she let go. Elizabeth is truly a blessing in my life. She gave me the courage to be a better person. I lived my life for her. She gave me the strength to continue living and live right. It's not fair that her life was cut short when she had so much to offer. If she saved my life, there's no telling how many other lives she could've saved.

Survivors include her mom, Krystal Hinson; grandfather, Brian Wilkerson; brother, Joey Hinson; sisters, Kailey Ray Newcome and Taylor Renee Harrison; grandmother, Linda Wilkerson; uncle, Brandon Wilkerson; aunt Alanzandra Heslep; step-grandfather, Ron Baker; uncle, Blake Bohannon; aunt, Briana Bohannon; cousins, Lenox and Blakely; aunt, Cameron Love; aunt, Lian Copeland; step-grandmother, Rhonda Wilkerson; father, Marshall Thomas; half brother, Kevin Marshall Thomas; step-mom, Madison Keen; grandparents, Buffy and Jay Thomas; the whole Thomas family; her dogs, Malaki and Freya; her cats, Bleu and Pip; all the friends and family at East Paulding Animal Hospital.

Funeral Services will be held Sunday, September 8, 2024 at 3:00pm from the Chapel of Bellamy Funeral Home with Rev. Dennis Bellamy officiating.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday, September 8, 2024 from 1:00pm until 3:00pm.
