Mrs. Elizabeth "Betty" Boughter, born August 5, 1943 in Roxborough, PA, passed away July 10, 2022 in Marietta, GA. She was a long-term resident of Gilbertsville, PA.

She was a school bus driver and retired to Orlando, FL in 1993. She loved Disney and Mickey Mouse, baking, crocheting and her Soap Opera, Days of Our Lives. She was the wife of the late David N Boughter, Sr (2017). Betty was the daughter of the late Edward & Florence (Ingles) Buzby and is survived by her Sisters Marjorie (John), Mildred (Gerald), Catherine (Richard), and Christine (John). She was predeceased by her brother Walter Buzby. Betty was the loving Mother of Steven (Cheryl) of Oley, PA, David Jr (Patricia) of Woodstock, GA, Tamara (Lisa) of Oviedo, FL, and Jennifer (Thomas) of Dallas, GA. She was Nana to 8 grandchildren, Shelby (Brian), Katherine (Steven), David III, Andrea, Jackson, Nathan, Joshua, and Jordan. She was the Great-Nana to Sophia, Weston, Callahan and Brooks.

Services to be handled by Bellamy Funeral Home in Hiram, GA. Betty will be interred with her husband in the Georgia National Cemetery in Canton, GA. Services will be held Thursday, August 18, 2022.

In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate a donation to the Alzheimer's Association.
