Mrs. Effie Belle Allen, age 79, of Hiram passed away March 8, 2017. Funeral Services will be held Thursday at 7:00pm at Bellamy Funeral Home Hiram Chapel with Pastor James Cook officiating. Interment will be Friday at 11:00am at Paulding Memorial Gardens. The family will receive visitors Thursday from 3-7:00pm at the funeral home.
