In Loving Memory of Edwin “Eddie” McGinity

Edwin “Eddie” McGinity passed away on May 2, 2024, at the age of 36.

Eddie proudly served his country for 16 years in the United States Army, achieving the rank of Sergeant First Class (SFC). Throughout his military career, he deployed to Iraq and Afghanistan, serving during Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom. His years of military service reflected his dedication, strength, and leadership.

Beyond his military accomplishments, Eddie was a father, husband, son, and brother. He shared 23 years of his life with Terra, and together they raised two beautiful daughters, Alyssa and Layla. Their family shared a lifetime of memories, experiences, and milestones that will forever remain part of his story.

Eddie is survived by his loving daughters, Alyssa and Layla; his wife, Terra; his parents, Mike and Carol; his sister, Courtney; and his brother, Lanny, along with extended family and loved ones.

His memory lives on through his daughters, the family he helped build, and the many lives he touched throughout his 36 years.
