Mr. Donnie Lewis Carr, age 66, of Mableton passed away Wednesday, March 10, 2021.

Mr. Carr was born on August 21, 1954 to the late Emmett Carr Jr. and the late Pauline Carr. Mr. Carr was an avid Braves, Atlanta Falcons, and NASCAR fan. He coached little league baseball and was a member of Mableton Pentecostal Church.

Mr. Carr is survived by his son, Chris Carr; sisters, Darlene Carr, Daryl Brooks, and Shelia Eberage; brothers, Randy Carr, Michael Carr, and Stacey Carr; nieces and nephews, Steven Carr, James Carr, Daniel Carr, Ryan Simpson, John Morgan Simpson, Wade Simpson, Angel Carr, Nicole Simpson, and Anna Simpson.

Funeral Services will be held Friday, March 12th at Bellamy Funeral Home Chapel at 2:00pm with Pastor David Patterson officiating. Interment to follow at Mount Harmony Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive visitors at the funeral home on Thursday, March 11th from 6:00-8:00pm and Friday, March 12th from 11:00am-2:00pm.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
