Mr. Charles Arthur Greer, age 82, of Powder Springs passed away Saturday, December 2, 2023.

Mr. Greer was born on May 17, 1941 in Tacoma, Washington to the late Mr. Charles Lee Greer and the late Mrs. Osie Nora Newkirk Greer. Mr. Greer proudly served in the United States Navy and then became a Sergeant in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his wife, Dianne Sabina Greer.

Survivors include his daughter, Alison Greer of Powder Springs; son, Michael Greer of Powder Springs; brother, Leslie Greer; step-brother Russell Greer.

A private memorial service will be held by the family at a later date.
