Mr. Charles M. Burns, age 80, of Hiram passed away July 14, 2020. A native of Atlanta, Mr. Burns was a 1957 graduate of West Fulton High School. He graduated in 1961 from Southern Polytechnic State University. He served in the United States Army from 1961 to 1963. He was employed with Bellsouth from 1963 to 2000. He was a member of Grace Baptist Church in Hiram.
He is survived by his wife- Delores Burns of Hiram; Son – Greg Burns; Daughters – Renee and John Rish and Stacie and Brandon Gilbreath; Brother – Jerry and Helen Burns; Granddaughters – Selene Burns and Phoebe Gilbreath; Grandson – Beck Gilbreath; Nieces and Nephews.
Private Services will be held Friday. Interment follow at Paulding Memorial Gardens. Bellamy Funeral Home Hiram in charge of arrangements.
