Charles "Steve" Banks, age 68, of Hiram passed away August 7, 2017. A Memorial Service will be held Saturday at 1:00pm at Bellamy Funeral Home Hiram Chapel with Pastor Calvin Mapp officiating.

Survivors include: Wife - Harriet Banks of Hiram; Daughter - Shae Banks of Douglasville; Son - Carter Banks of Lithia Springs; Step Daughter - Angela Singheimer of Rockmart; Step Son - Ryan Bray of Williamson, GA; Brother - Norman Banks of Carrollton; 4 Step-grandchildren; Nieces and Nephews

Mr. Banks served in the United States Army as a combat medic during Vietnam and received a Purple Heart. He graduated from Southwest High School Class of 1967. Mr. Banks was an avid hunter and fisherman.
