Mrs. Brenda Lee Thomas, age 69, of Rockmart, GA passed away Saturday, December 11, 2021.

Mrs. Thomas was born in Douglasville, GA, to the late Mr. John Grady McMichen and the late Mrs. Maudie Lee Austin McMichen. Mrs. Thomas had been employed with Southern Bell as a phone operator for many years. She loved flowers, watching Christmas movies, and enjoyed crafting. She also loved being around her family.

Survivors include her beloved husband of 46 years, Mr. William "Bill" Thomas; one daughter, Michele Thomas; step-daughter, Barbara Ingram; a special niece who was like a daughter, Robin McMichen; two sisters, Pat Gallimore and Glenda Parks; three brothers, Gerald McMichen, Ronnie McMichen, and Rodney McMichen; her three cats, Colt, Callie, and Hayley; her dog, Molly; one grandson, Bradon Ingram; as well as nieces and nephews.

A gathering of family and friends will be held on Thursday, December 16, 2021 at Bellamy Funeral Home from 5:00pm until 7:00pm. Mrs. Thomas will be cremated prior to the gathering of friends and family.
