Mr. Bennie Franklin Parker age 83 of Dallas, GA passed away at home Friday June 28, 2019. Graveside services will be held at Paulding Memorial Gardens Saturday at 11am with Pastor Derek Berry officiating.
Mr. Parker was born on December 2, 1935 in Dallas to the late James (Jack) & Idell Abney Parker. He was a lifelong resident of Dallas, owned & operated Parker Repair Sales & Service for over 40 years. He loved his church, enjoyed talking with friends at McDonalds over coffee at breakfast, sometimes staying for lunch too. He loved his cat Blacky.
He was preceded in death by Wife Shirley, Brother Jimmy Parker, and Sister Helen Rackley.
He is survived by Son Ben (Debra) Parker, Daughter Denise (Ricky) Hall, several Step Children, Grandchildren John (Misty) Parker & Natasha (Allen) Lee, Great-Grandson Branson Lee, Step Grandchildren Eugene, Amanda, and Tabitha Perkins, Melissa (Christopher) Stegall, Emily (Ben) Davis, and several Step Great-Grandchildren.
In Lieu of flowers contributions may be made to his church, Tabernacle Baptist.
